OFFICIAL RULES: Delta Extrax Black Friday Giveaway

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: The Delta Extrax Black Friday Giveaway (the “Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Savage Enterprises LLC and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Void where prohibited by law.

ENTRY PERIOD: The Giveaway begins on 11/13/2023 and ends on 11/27/2023 (the “Entry Period”).

TO ENTER: To enter, participants must be signed up for the Delta Extrax e-mail list during the Entry Period. Participants can earn additional entries by placing orders at DeltaExtrax.com during the Entry Period as follows:

• 1 entry: Ensure you’re signed up for the Delta Extrax e-mail list
• 2 entries: Place any order at DeltaExtrax.com during the Entry Period
• 3 entries: Place any order at DeltaExtrax.com of $50 or more during the Entry Period
• 5 entries: Place any order at DeltaExtrax.com of $100 or more during the Entry Period

Entries are limited to one per person for signing up for the email list, and additional entries must be earned through valid orders placed on DeltaExtrax.com during the Entry Period. Entries received from any person or email address in excess of the stated limit will be void.

PRIZE: One (1) winner will receive a Nintendo Switch OLED with an approximate retail value of $350. One (1) winner will receive a Sony PlayStation 5 with an approximate value of $500. Each prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other products.

WINNER SELECTION: The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by Savage Enterprises LLC within 60 days following the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be notified by email within 30 days following the drawing. The winners must respond to the notification email within 24 hours to claim the prize. If the winners do not respond within the specified time, Savage Enterprises LLC may select alternate winners.

PRIVACY: By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to allow Savage Enterprises LLC to use their email address for marketing purposes. Participants can unsubscribe from the email list at any time.

GENERAL CONDITIONS: Savage Enterprises LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify this Giveaway at any time for any reason. Savage Enterprises LLC is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries or for any technical problems, malfunctions, or errors that may occur during the Entry Period. By entering this Giveaway, participants agree to release and hold harmless Savage Enterprises LLC and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from any and all claims, damages, or liabilities arising from or related to their participation in the Giveaway or acceptance or use of the prize.
