We’ve all taken one too many hits from the blunt or didn’t think an edible would do anything. However, we managed to source some gnarly experiences from the internet from people who were too lit. You probably can relate to some of these people that we found.
Derealization
There’s a term for when you get too high and feel like you’re in a dream. It’s called Derealization or DPDR (Drug-induced Depersonalization / Derealization Disorder), and it’s common.
People who are sensitive to THC or take too much tend to experience this. Although it feels scary, it will eventually go away. You might be asking what causes this. Here are what the experts say on this matter.
Why Derealizaition Happens
There’s not one reason to say this is why Derealization happens. However, it does seem to take effect 30 minutes after using THC. Depending on how much THC you take, it can last up to an hour and a half.
Also, there seem to be different things that trigger Derealization, including stress and those prone to anxiety. Although this doesn’t happen to everyone, certain people’s bodies react to THC this way.
Legalize It!
The outrage! While alcohol contributes to deaths from poisoning, DUI, and other poor decisions, THC remains illegal. Why is that? To get a clear answer, you have to dive into the history of THC.
The cannabis plant has been used in ancient medicine for thousands of years by the indigenous to treat different symptoms. However, it was made illegal in the U.S. due to several social/political issues.
Make Dips Not War
One thing that we will say about THC is that it does make you experiment with different types of food. THC blocks your Endocannabinoid Receptors (ECS), which regulate certain functions such as pain, hunger, etc. So, this often results in feeling hungry and wanting to eat whatever looks and sounds tasty.

Gummies Review
When we initially launched our Lights Out Gummies, it was the first of its kind. Not only did we add a blend of THCh + THCjd, but we also included 3,500mg of THC. If that doesn’t seem like a lot, keep in mind that other companies were only doing about 1,000mg of Hemp-derived THC at the time.
We grabbed 3 of our employees and gave them gummies to try. We recorded their response, and each one had something different to say.
