Holiday Processing Times
Processing is slower during the Holiday Season.
Due to increased volume during the Holiday Season, processing times can take 3-5 business days. This means tracking may not be received for a few days, which is totally normal.
Holiday Shipping Times
Shipping is slower during the Holiday Season.
Once picked up by USPS, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days. Transit time is fully dependent upon USPS.
We exclusively ship with USPS
We cannot ship via any other carrier due to the PACT Act.
Once your order is picked up, it is quite literally out of our hands and Extrax cannot manage the USPS shipping logistics. However, we’re here to help if you notice discrepancies with your order shipment!
We offer FREE shipping on orders of $75+
Flat rate shipping is $4.99.
Any domestic order in the U.S. placed will have a Flat Rate for its shipping cost of $4.99 unless the free shipping option is chosen at checkout.

The warehouse does not operate on weekends or holidays.
Our shipping warehouse operates Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm CDT. The warehouse is closed during weekends and observes all major and federal holidays.

Coupon Codes & Sales
Coupon codes cannot be used on bundles, clearance, or weekly sale products.

Returns and exchanges are ONLY initiated for damaged or mis-shipped products.
Due to the nature of our products and contamination concerns, we will not accept returns of used devices or opened gummies.
We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
While not common, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience delayed USPS shipping times. If you haven’t received a package for more than 10 business days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should open a claim with USPS here.
