In order to stay compliant with laws and regulations to continue providing our products to you, we had to move our website platform this past weekend. This decision was reached in order to ensure that we can continue providing our products to you in the future. Our team is diligently working around the clock to ensure a seamless transition so that you can keep enjoying your products.
With that being said, there will be some slight changes until we can find a permanent solution moving forward. Our team truly appreciates your patience as we navigate through this.
Here are a few updates:
- Purchasing Products – You are now able to purchase your favorite products easily and efficiently. Payments were down for a brief moment over the weekend, but you can now shop easily and complete your payments safely and efficiently.
- Accounts/Customer Profiles – Due to the transition to a new platform, previous accounts and customer history may not be available. This will not affect past purchases or pending orders, but you may need to create a new account for a better shopping experience on this new website. You can also purchase products without an account if that’s your preference.
- Subscriptions – Subscriptions are back! If you had a previous/existing subscription from our previous website, it will be deactivated moving forward. In order to continue receiving your favorite subscription products, you will need to sign up for those products on our new website. This may come with creating a new account so that you can view/manage your subscriptions.
- Coupons/Coupon Codes – We are actively working to replace all active coupon codes. Most of the coupon codes have been transferred, but there may be some missing for a short duration of time.
- Rewards Points – At this moment, we are working on getting our Rewards Program back up and running. Please have some patience as we navigate this, thank you.
- Previous Orders/Existing Orders – If you have any pending or existing orders that you have made in the past, we will still fulfill those orders as soon as we can. These orders are not affected by the new website change and you should receive updates to your email as we process and fulfill your order.
