What is Amanita Muscaria?
The Amanita Muscaria, commonly known as “Fly Agaric” is a mushroom most widely used in ancient rituals. In addition, it contains two psychoactive alkaloids: ibotenic acid and Amanita Complex. However, it also has many other alkaloids, such as muscarine and muscazone. The Amanita Complex tends to be the mellow factor of this mushroom.
What is Kava?
The Piper Methysticum plant makes a beverage or extracts known as Kava. It’s a very popular drink that is often drunk to unwind at rituals in the South Pacific. The Polynesian word “awa,” which signifies bitter, is where the term “kava” originates. The mellowness of Kava is felt because of a substance called kavalactones present in the plant.
