No refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed; all sales are final.
In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receipt of the package. The customer must provide photos of the issue, including a packing slip.
Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with USPS.
Age Verification & Auto-Canceled Orders
Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to Savage Enterprises, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason.
Every qualifying purchase earns points, building up for future use. You can apply these points to get a discount on your orders, up to a maximum of either $10 or 30% off the total purchase price.
Please use your points within one year from the date you earned them, as they will expire after this period.
Coupon Codes & Sales
Only one coupon code is applicable per order. Points cannot be combined with coupon codes on orders. If tried, the redeemed points will be applied to the order and not the coupon code. We will not apply coupon codes on the backend. They must be entered correctly at checkout. If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order!
Coupon codes are not typically applicable on Bundles, Weekly Deals, or Clearance items.
If you have missed a sale, we, unfortunately, cannot honor those sale prices once they have passed. Keep an eye out for future specials and weekend sales!
We are not able to honor expired sales, discounts, or promotions.
Recurring Billing For Subscription Boxes
Once you sign up for our subscription service, you will be billed on the same day every month. If you wish to cancel your recurring billing, please contact us or cancel your subscription within the Recharge portal. Your order will be processed within 1-3 business days.
During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options to place your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until we receive payment from you.
When will I receive my refund?
Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given. After approval for a return, please allow 2-7 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account.
